Net metering
We prepare and submit the LESCO or MEPCO application, manage the inspection and hand you the sanctioned agreement.
Consultation and design
A measured load study and an engineered design, available before you go to tender rather than only as part of our own installation.
Operations and maintenance
Monitoring, cleaning on a schedule set by measured soiling, and response times written down rather than implied.
System health audit
An independent diagnostic for a system that is not producing what it should, whoever installed it.
Questions about our services
Can I use one service without buying an installation?
Yes, all four stand on their own. Design, net metering filing, maintenance and system health audits are each available whether or not we built the system, and whether or not you ever buy anything else from us.
Which service do I need?
Before you buy, a consultation and design. After you have bought, net metering filing. Once it is running, maintenance. If something already installed is not performing, a system health audit. If you are unsure, describe the situation and we will tell you which applies, including if the answer is none of them.
Do you service systems installed by other companies?
Yes, and a fair proportion of our service work is exactly that. It usually begins with an audit so that both sides know what is there before anyone signs a maintenance schedule.
What does an engineer visit cost?
The site survey and the quotation cost nothing. Audits and standalone design work are chargeable, and we quote them before any visit rather than after.
How quickly can you attend a fault?
Response times are written into the maintenance contract and vary by tier and by location. Without a contract we attend on a best endeavours basis, which we will describe honestly rather than dress up.
Do you cover both Lahore and Multan for service work?
Yes, from offices in Bahria Town Lahore and Bosan Road Multan. Elsewhere in Pakistan we take service work case by case, and will say plainly when distance makes a proper relationship impractical.
