The team

Our engineering team

PEC licensed engineers who design the systems, supervise the installations and sign the commissioning certificates by name.

Accountability

A named engineer, not a company stamp

In a market where most installations are signed off with a rubber stamp, we put a name and a licence number on the commissioning certificate. The engineer who signs takes professional responsibility for the design and the installation.

That is possible because our engineers are employed rather than subcontracted, and because the company holds PEC Licence 8101 in category C3/E. It also means the accountability survives after handover: the person who signed is still here in year four.

On most installations in this market these five moments belong to five different parties: a salesperson, a designer, a subcontracted crew, whoever was free on the day, and an importer who may have stopped trading. On ours the licence number on the commissioning certificate belongs to somebody still on our payroll.

Questions about who does the work

Who signs off my installation?
A named PEC licensed engineer on our payroll, with a licence number you can verify against the Pakistan Engineering Council register. Not a company stamp. You keep the certificate.
Is the same person involved from survey to commissioning?
That is how we structure it. The usual arrangement in this market splits survey, design, installation, commissioning and later support across separate parties, which is why nobody owns the outcome when something goes wrong in year three.
Are your installation crews employed or subcontracted?
Employed, and supervised by an engineer. Subcontracting the installation to whoever is free is the single point at which quality most often leaves a solar project here.
What qualifications do the engineers hold?
PEC registration as individual engineers, working under the firm's category C3/E licence. We will tell you who is assigned to your project before you sign rather than after.
Can I speak to the engineer before committing?
Yes. The person who surveys your site is an engineer rather than a salesperson, which means the answers you get at the first visit are the ones the design will actually be built on.
What happens if my engineer leaves the company?
The commissioning certificate remains valid and your records stay with us. Another licensed engineer picks up the relationship, which is precisely why the documentation and as-built settings are recorded at handover rather than held in one person's head.

A named engineer, with a licence number, signs your system off

Not a company stamp. If you want to know who will be accountable for your installation before you sign anything, ask us and we will tell you.
